2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the platform. Accounts are subject to action if discovered to be ineligible.

You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use the platform where you are.

3. Player responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether using GoLottoGo is right for you.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are taking part voluntarily
• You understand how the platform works
• You are using the platform from a location where it is allowed
• You play in a way that is appropriate for your own circumstances

GoLottoGo does not provide guidance on individual eligibility.

4. Accounts

To use GoLottoGo, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you register
• Keep your login details secure
• Use your account only for yourself

All activity on your account is your responsibility.

5. Account security and verification

Your password is used only to sign in.

GoLottoGo does not require identity verification and does not collect identity documents. To protect your privacy, account ownership is confirmed through your Withdrawal PIN and your confidential security question responses. We may also ask you to confirm a request through the email on your account.

6. Games, picks, and draw results

Pick outcomes are determined by matching your picks against official state lottery draw results for the selected state, date, and time.

GoLottoGo does not create, control, or influence draw numbers. Once official results are available, picks are graded automatically against those results.

If an official draw result is found to be incorrect after grading, GoLottoGo re-grades the affected picks against the correct result.

7. Ticket timing and final sales

Tickets must be bought at least 15 minutes before the scheduled draw time in Eastern Time.

Once a ticket is bought:

• It cannot be changed
• It cannot be canceled
• It cannot be refunded

All ticket sales are final.

8. Deposits and playing credit

Deposits add funds to your account as playing credit. GoLottoGo accepts Bitcoin and major credit and debit cards. For details on deposit methods, see the Deposits article.

Playing credit:

• Is used to buy tickets
• Is not withdrawable
• Has no value outside the platform

Deposits are final once completed.

9. Winnings and withdrawals

Only winnings can be withdrawn. Your deposits and Cashback cannot. Withdrawals are paid in Bitcoin.

You do not choose a withdrawal type. It is set by the amount.

• Your first $1,000 each day is Instant. You can take it in as many withdrawals as you like. Once you submit an Instant withdrawal, it cannot be reversed.
• Anything over $1,000 is Express, up to $10,000. You get one Express withdrawal a day, because it needs approval. After an Express withdrawal, no more withdrawals are available for the day. Express withdrawals are paid within 48 hours. To cancel, contact support. If we see your request before the payout is sent, we will stop it. Once a payout is sent we cannot stop it.

Daily and weekly limits:

• Up to $10,000 per day
• Up to $50,000 per week
• Daily limits reset at midnight Eastern Time

When you request a withdrawal, the amount leaves your Winnings Balance right away. If a withdrawal is not completed, the amount is returned to your account as a separate transaction and is available to withdraw again.

10. Payouts

Payouts are fixed. They are set by the game, Play Position, and Playstyle, and are shown before you buy a ticket.

The maximum payout per player, per draw, is $100,000. If a calculated win is higher, the payout is capped at this amount. This applies regardless of ticket cost, Playstyle, or number of tickets. More than one player can receive the maximum payout for the same draw.

The Official Payout Table is the only source for payout amounts.

11. Cashback

GoLottoGo includes Cashback on losing picks. Cashback is credited automatically to your playing credit and is not withdrawable.

12. Fair use

GoLottoGo is meant to be used fairly.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or manipulate the platform
• Try to get around game rules or safeguards
• Interfere with how the platform operates

Accounts may be restricted if misuse is found.

13. Platform availability

GoLottoGo works to keep the platform available and accurate, but interruptions can happen.

If the platform is unavailable:

• You may not be able to buy tickets during that time. A ticket that is not bought before the 15 minute cutoff cannot be entered for that draw.
• If a purchase does not complete, no ticket is created for it.

If official draw results are delayed by the state lottery or other outside sources, grading and any winnings may be delayed until those results are available.

14. Responsible play

GoLottoGo supports playing in a healthy, balanced way.

15. Changes to these terms

GoLottoGo may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted with a new effective date. If you keep using the platform after an update, that means you accept the updated Terms.
