House Rules cover the everyday operating rules for playing on GoLottoGo, including purchase limits and how the platform handles draw issues. The Terms and conditions cover the general agreement between you and GoLottoGo. Both apply when you play.
You decide whether playing on GoLottoGo is right for you.
When you play, you are confirming that you are taking part voluntarily, that you understand how the platform works, that you are using the platform from a location where it is allowed, and that you are playing in a way that is appropriate for your own circumstances. GoLottoGo does not assess your individual eligibility. See the Terms and conditions for the full eligibility terms.
Your account is for you alone. Keep your login details secure and do not share your account with anyone else. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
GoLottoGo's policy is one account per player. Please use only one account. If a player is found to have more than one account, the extra accounts may be removed.
Use the platform fairly. Do not try to abuse, manipulate, or interfere with how the platform works, and do not try to get around game rules or safeguards. Accounts may be restricted if misuse is found.
Tickets must be bought at least 15 minutes before the scheduled draw time in Eastern Time.
If a ticket does not finish the purchase before the cutoff, it is not entered for that draw. Once a ticket is bought, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. All ticket sales are final.
Your ticket is made up of one or more picks. Each pick is a single number entry at one Play Position, and limits apply to each pick.
The minimum is $0.10 per pick, across all games.
The maximum depends on how many digits your pick matches. Picks that match more digits have lower maximums:
Sometimes a state lottery changes or delays a draw. Here is what happens in each case.
If a state lottery cancels a draw entirely, such as a technical failure, a scheduled no-draw, or a holiday closure, tickets for that draw are voided and the ticket cost is returned to your playable balance. Some returns are immediate; others may take a little longer to appear.
If a state delays a draw, such as for weather, a technical issue, or late publication, your tickets stay pending until the state publishes the result. Each pick is graded normally once the official result is published, even if that takes longer than usual.
In the rare case that a draw result is found to be incorrect after grading, GoLottoGo re-grades the affected picks against the correct result. A payout may be reversed if re-grading changes a win to a loss. A pick that would have won under the correct result is credited the appropriate winnings.
Deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are handled as described in the Terms and conditions. In short: deposits add playing credit, which is used to buy tickets and is not withdrawable. Only winnings can be withdrawn, and withdrawals are paid in Bitcoin through Instant withdrawals and Express withdrawals.
Payout amounts are shown when you buy a ticket and are set by the Official Payout Table, which is the only source for payout amounts.
GoLottoGo also includes Cashback on losing picks, credited automatically to your playing credit. See the Cashback on losses article for full details.
