You will need an email address, a password, a Withdrawal PIN, and answers to three security questions. For full details see our Account Registration page.

No. GoLottoGo does not require identity verification to create an account or play. Your account is secured using your Withdrawal PIN and security question responses instead.

In rare cases, such as suspected underage activity or fraud concerns, additional verification may be requested. You will be contacted directly if that applies to you.

Tap the balance button at the top right of the screen and select Deposit. You can deposit using Bitcoin or credit and debit cards.

Most deposits are credited within 10 to 20 minutes after one blockchain confirmation. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID from your exchange app.

No. All deposited funds go into your playable balance and cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings are withdrawable.

Each game type corresponds to the number of digits in the draw. Pick 2 uses two-digit draws, Pick 3 uses three-digit draws, and so on up to Pick 5. You choose your numbers, select a Play Position and Playstyle, pick a draw, and submit your ticket. If your numbers match the official draw result, you win.

A Play Position defines which digits in the draw your ticket is checked against.

• All means every digit in the draw must match your pick. This is the default when you do not select another Play Position.
• Single-digit positions (Front, Mid, Back) check only one specific digit.
• Pair positions (Front Pair, Back Pair, Split Pair) check two specific digits.
• Triple and Quad positions check three or four digits within larger games.

The Play Position you choose affects both your odds and your payout. Narrower positions are easier to hit but pay less. Full position rules are in the Game Rules section.

• Straight: your numbers must match the draw in exact order.
• Boxed: your numbers can match the draw in any order.
• 50/50: your ticket cost is split evenly between Straight and Boxed, giving you two ways to win on the same ticket.

A 50/50 is split into two parts, one Straight and one Boxed, each shown as its own entry in your transaction history.

The minimum pick cost is $0.10 per pick, across all games. Maximum costs vary by Play Position:

Yes. When creating a ticket you can select up to 30 days of draws in advance. Your numbers and play selections stay the same across all selected draws.

GoLottoGo offers draws across multiple states with Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening, and Night draws depending on the state. Available draws are listed on the Your Draws step when you create a ticket.

All draw times and cutoffs on GoLottoGo are shown in Eastern Time (ET).

Draw times on GoLottoGo are shown in Eastern Time (ET). One draw is held at night in Pacific time. In ET, that draw time is 1:00 AM. The date on your ticket is the draw's own date, the day it is held in Pacific time. You will see a globe icon next to these draws.

The cutoff is 15 minutes before the official draw closing time. All times are displayed in Eastern Time.

If the cutoff for today's draw has already passed, you can either apply your ticket to the next available date for that draw, or remove that draw from your selection. You make this choice on the confirmation screen.

No. Fireball is not available at this time.

Winning tickets appear in your Ticket History with a win banner. Your balance is credited automatically after the draw is graded. You will also see a win notification badge on your profile icon.

All winners are paid in full. GoLottoGo has a maximum payout of $100,000 per player per draw.

Payouts depend on the game type, Play Position, and Playstyle. GoLottoGo pays better than state lotteries. A $1 straight Pick 3 win pays $900 here versus $500 at the state lottery.

Cashback is calculated per purchase, per draw. The total cost of all losing picks in your purchase for that draw is summed. You receive 5% of that total as Cashback, rounded down to the nearest cent. If the total is below $0.20, 5% comes to less than one cent, so nothing is credited.

Example: two $0.10 losing picks in the same purchase on the same draw add up to $0.20 in losing pick costs, so you receive $0.01 in Cashback.

Cashback is credited automatically once draws are graded. No action is needed.

Winnings are credited automatically once the draw is graded. They are added to your balance, and Winnings Balance shows how much of it you can withdraw. You can see each credit under Transactions.

Open your Wallet and select Withdrawal. Enter the amount and your Bitcoin wallet address. Withdrawals are paid in Bitcoin. You do not choose a withdrawal type, it is set by the amount. Your first $1,000 each day is Instant. Anything over $1,000 is Express and is paid within 48 hours. Daily withdrawal cap is $10,000.

Your first $1,000 each day is Instant and does not need approval. Anything over $1,000 is Express, which needs approval and is paid within 48 hours. To cancel, contact support. If we see your request before the payout is sent, we will stop it. Once a payout is sent we cannot stop it.

You can withdraw up to $10,000 a day and $50,000 a week.

Your first $1,000 each day is Instant, and you can take it in as many withdrawals as you like. Anything over $1,000 is Express, and you get one Express withdrawal a day. After an Express withdrawal, no more withdrawals are available for the day.

A network fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw.

Your Withdrawal PIN is a number you create during registration. It is not your password. Our support team uses it to confirm we are helping the right account holder when you contact us about your account. You can view your Withdrawal PIN on your profile page when you are logged in.

If you have forgotten your Withdrawal PIN or security question answers, contact our support team. Verification is handled through your Withdrawal PIN, your security questions, and information about your account. Email may be used as part of the process, but it is not a substitute for your security questions.
